April 10, 2024 to September 20, 2024 – Registration with launch prices

January 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm (Brasília time) – Deadline for submission of Abstracts.

January 30, 2025 – Acceptances announced

February 10, 2025 – Registrations with abstract submissions not paid for by this date will have their abstracts canceled without prior notice.

March 7, 2025 – Online registration deadline ends

After March 8, 2025 –

Registration and payment allowed at the venue.

Cancellation of registration:

The request must be sent to the e-mail duvidas@marucchieventos.com.br by November 10, 2024, informing the registration number, the full name of the registrant and the details for deposit in a current account.

70% (seventy percent) of the registration fee will be refunded, excluding operational and bank fees.

Refunds will be made between February 1 and 15, 2025.
