Deadlines

August 25, 2026 – Opening of online registration and abstract submission.

August 25, 2026 to January 25, 2027 – Registration with launch pricess.

June 30, 2027, at 11:59 PM (Brasília Time) – Deadline for abstract submission.

August 15, 2027 – Registrations associated with abstract submissions that have not been paid by this date will have their abstracts canceled without prior notice.

After September 1, 2027 – Registration and payment will be available on-site during the event.

Registration Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to duvidas@marucchieventos.com.br no later than June 30, 2027, including:

• Registration number;
• Full name of the registrant;
• Bank account details for the refund.

A refund of 70% (seventy percent) of the registration fee will be issued, after deduction of operational and bank charges.

Refunds will be processed between August 1 and August 15, 2027.
